When do I need to pay for my project?
You need to pay in full before we deliver the final edited images. For bigger projects, we might ask for a deposit upfront and the rest when the project is finished.
What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are in USD. If you're paying from another country, your bank might charge extra for currency conversion.
How will I get my invoice?
We will email the invoice to you. Please make sure your email information is correct to avoid any delays.

How long do you keep my images after editing?
We keep your images for 30 days after the project is done. After that, they are deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer.

What are your working hours?
Our working hours are 9AM-5PM (GMT-5). You can contact us during these times for help or questions.
Will my original photo be safe?
Yes, our team will make a copy and keep the original photo safe for you.
How long does it take to get my edited photo back?
This can vary. Simple edits might take a few hours or a day, while more complicated changes might take longer.
What if I don't like the edited photo?
Don’t worry because we will allow you to see a preview of the edited photo, then you can suggest changes if you don’t like it. We will edit until you are satisfied with the photo
What's the difference between automatic and manual photo editing?
While automatic editing uses software to make changes based on preset rules, manual editing is done by us ourselves. Because we can make changes and adjust the photos according to your needs, manual editing is often better for detailed or complex requests
